When you sign in through Steam we store your public Steam ID, nickname and avatar. If you register by e-mail, we store the e-mail and a password hash. To operate the Service we also store your subscriptions, internal balance and payment history, saved filters/alerts, region setting and — if you link the bot — your Telegram ID.
We never see your Steam password (Steam OpenID handles sign-in) and we never see your card details — payments are processed by payment providers on their side.
We use a session cookie (sign-in), a language cookie and browser localStorage for interface preferences (theme, filters, table density). No third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except payment providers (to the extent needed to process a payment) and cases required by law.
Data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, contact support: Telegram @OmniSkin_bot. Payment records may be retained where required for accounting.
The OmniSkin browser extension works only on Steam Community pages: Market item pages, the Market home page and Steam inventories. To show prices it sends to omniskin-table.com the names of the items on the page you are viewing (for example «AK-47 | Redline (Field-Tested)»), for some skins the pattern number and the item certificate Steam shows on the page (to tell a Doppler phase, fade or blue gem tier) and, if you connected your account, a random extension token that tells us whether you have a subscription. The inventory is read from the Steam page itself; its item names go to us only to be priced and are not stored.
Selling and your listings (version 0.3.0 and later): when you click to sell an item, to remove listings, to check prices or to open your sales history, the extension sends that request to steamcommunity.com from your browser with your own Steam session — the same requests Steam's own pages send. Your Steam session, wallet, listings and history stay in your browser and are never sent to OmniSkin. The extension never sells, removes or confirms anything without your click, and every listing is confirmed by you in the Steam app. It does not read trade offers, browsing history or any other pages. The free version shows one labelled ad of our partner Mgla VPN inside the extension panel — it is a plain link (mgla.app with a campaign tag) without trackers; it can be hidden, and subscribers do not see it. You can disconnect all browsers at any time on the page Extension; removing the extension deletes its local data.
