OmniSkin ("the Service") is an information and analytics tool: it aggregates publicly available prices of in-game items from third-party marketplaces and highlights price differences (spreads), alerts and related analytics. The Service is not a marketplace, broker, exchange, investment platform or financial adviser. All trades are made by you personally on third-party platforms, at your own discretion and risk.
Prices are live market data and can change or become stale at any moment. Data is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Nothing on the Service is a promise of profit. Always verify the actual quote on the marketplace before trading.
Sign-in uses Steam OpenID: we never see or ask for your Steam password. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. The Service is intended for adults (18+). You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.
Paid plans are subscriptions for a fixed period chosen at checkout, priced in USD. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions are not auto-renewing — nothing is charged without your explicit action. Access is activated immediately after successful payment.
The account balance is an internal credit used solely to pay for Service subscriptions. It is not electronic money, is not withdrawable and is not transferable. When depositing items ("skins"), the credited amount is based on the Service's valuation shown before you confirm the trade; the exchange is voluntary and final once completed.
A subscription can be refunded within 14 days of payment. The refund covers the unused days: the price of the days on which access was active is deducted from the payment, at the rate of the plan purchased. To request a refund, contact support with your e-mail or Steam account and the payment date; funds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days.
After 14 days, payments for an activated period are non-refundable. One exception applies at all times — a technical error on our side (double charge, paid access not activated): contact support and we will fix it or refund the affected payment.
Internal balance top-ups and funds already spent from the balance on a subscription follow the same rules: the refund is calculated from the unused subscription days.
The Auto-Trader is a locally-run program operating with your accounts and funds under your full control and responsibility, in simulation ("paper") mode by default. You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of third-party platforms (including Steam) when using any automation. The Telegram bot is covered by these same terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for trading losses, actions of third-party marketplaces (bans, holds, fees, downtime), data inaccuracies or Service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
Scraping, resale or redistribution of the Service's data, attacks on the infrastructure and abuse of free limits are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
